After that, I’ll talk you into a deep hypnotic trance so that your conscious mind is out of the way whilst I talk to your subconscious mind. Which sounds weird but isn’t really. After all, if your conscious mind could stop you eating so much, it would already have done so. It’s your subconscious mind – the part of you that controls almost everything that happens automatically in your life – that I will be working with to make these changes happen.

Instead, you’ll leave the session completely in control of what you eat rather than having food control you.
We’ll go through why your body currently wants you to overeat. And we’ll bring out some alternative options that your body will be completely happy to use instead.
