Anger management is probably something we all need from time to time.
Things bug us. That’s life.
It’s how we deal with those things that makes the difference and often we turn to anger as the only way to vent our frustration.
You probably deal with your anger in one of a few different ways:
- A loud outburst which gets rid of the anger from your system fast but leaves anyone unfortunate enough to be near you quaking and upset
- A general growling and muttering (in various degrees of anger intensity)
- Bottling up your anger inside you until something snaps
There are other ways of dealing with anger but those seem to be the most common that I’ve encountered.
You’ll know which affect you more often and you may well experience more than one depending on what’s triggered your anger.
Regardless of how it manifests, when you seem to be angry more often than not, it’s time to get help with hypnosis.
The hypnotic process works initially by helping you to relax.
And if it’s a mild case of anger then relaxation (maybe as simple as taking a deep breath) could be all that you need to bring you back to normality.
But I’m assuming that because you’re on this page there’s more to your anger management issues than that.
Actually anger management is something that’s easier said than done.
Sure, venting your anger out loud can work for you but when the whole building goes silent whilst that happens, it’s not a good sign.
The more nervous amongst your friends and colleagues will start to avoid you as much as they possibly can.
People might even start making sure that easily moveable objects are kept away from you.
If you’re driving then your anger can manifest in road rage. And it’s better to deal with it before you start starring on YouTube or do damage to a vehicle or worse.
Hypnosis can help you deal with this kind of anger.
There’s a root cause – a trigger – that almost lights a blue touch paper inside you and then all hell lets loose.
Often it’s quite a small trigger. Some call it the straw that breaks the camels back but the naming is less important than the fact that it happens.
Maybe you’re conscious of what it is. Maybe you’re not. Maybe what you think is the cause of your anger issues isn’t really the initial stage.
Maybe we’ll find out what that is when you have an anger management hypnosis session, maybe we won’t.
Because it’s not always something that can be pinned down but that doesn’t matter because the hypnosis session will work with your subconscious mind to find a better way to manage your anger than your current method.
Bottling up your anger is probably worse than venting it.
At least by venting it, your anger leaves you for a while.
Bottling it up and supressing your angriness is bad news because it has nowhere to go. And when it has nowhere to go it can literally start eating away at you causing all sorts of diseases that doctors can’t really identify.
That can include the usual suspect of stress but can also show up in unexplained diseases or ones that have arrived earlier than normal.
Bottled up anger can do that if you don’t take control of it and get it sorted out.
Again, the process isn’t particularly conscious.
You almost certainly don’t want to get ill.
But it happens as a side effect of the way you’re dealing with your anger.
The hypnosis session will work with your subconscious mind to find a way to manage your anger better.
Without turning into the kind of person who has an anger outburst first, thinks about it later (if at all).
All of this can normally happen in one anger management hypnosis session.
